The 7th International Meeting for the Restoration of the Acropolis monuments was organized at the Acropolis Museum between November 11th - 13th 2021. The staff of the Acropolis Restoration Service (ΥΣΜΑ) had an excellent collaboration with the contributors of Exantas Greece, who managed to carry out the project organization of a very difficult hybrid conference and successfully respond to the highest requirements of our Service. They showed adaptability and flexibility, successfully managed emergency situations with composure and worked enjoyably with resourcefulness to achieve our common goal. In addition, the kindness and pleasant mood, which did not leave them even in the most difficult moments of the organization, was highly appreciated.
Vassili Eleftheriou, Director, Acropolis Restoration Service
It is not an easy task to put together a quality academic conference, and this is even more true for online conferences. There are many requirements besides the expertise of the speakers themselves. It takes a village: tech support, a careful watch over the proceedings to make sure that things are running smoothly, the ability to act quickly when some technical glitch occurs, the affability and cordiality to collaborate with all the participants, and the list goes on. The Exantas Greece team excelled in all these areas and more, and they produced one of the finest online academic conferences we have participated in. The Neoplatonic Society recommends the services of Exantas Greece and their partners.

We sincerely thank the company Exantas Greece for the excellent cooperation we had in organizing an international conference in Delphi on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the UNESCO Convention for the Protection of World Heritage. Since the requirements of the conference in terms of organization and technical support were high, the contribution of the Exantas Greece executives and the demonstration of professionalism, zeal and readiness in cases of unforeseeable upheavals and problems, was decisive for the successful outcome of the event.
Konstantina Benissi, Directorate of Prehistoric and Classical Antiquities, Hellenic Ministry of Culture & Sports
Following our collaboration with Exantasgreece the positive results in our service delivery team were obvious and immediate. Our staff has acquired the knowledge for improved collaboration, more effective customer communication and parallel selling techniques, combined with professionalism, strong appetite for performance and clear focus. Although the seminar was addressed to people with diverse profiles and background, the instructor, Mrs. Asonitou, managed to adapt the content to their needs and apply a personalized approach, in order to understand everyone's purpose and objectives! I warmly thank her for her originality, innovative ideas, love and care with which she organized the seminar.
