Why the name

Exantas (sextant) is a doubly reflecting navigation instrument that measures the angular distance between two visible objects. The primary use of a sextant is to measure the angle between an astronomical object and the horizon for the purposes of celestial navigation (www.wikipedia.org).

Similarly, at ExantasGreece, we help our customers to discover their navigation paths in the form of unique experiences, might that be an event to remember or an amazing journey.

Our approach

We create tailor-made, experiential events and congresses, travels and tours based on Customers personal profile, needs and requirements.

We set the goals together with you according to your needs. We study the requirements, design the proposal, execute and report back for your evaluation.

As an Events company, we collaborate with highly experienced professionals in the areas of events organization, customer experience and communication. On the other hand, as a DMC service provider, we know in every detail the traveling destinations that we offer. We combine those strong assets in our Travel and Events organization agency to offer you an unforgettable service experience.

Our History

In 1998, Spyridoula Asonitou founded Exantas as an Events, Congresses and Exhibitions company.

Since 2004, Exantas expanded their portfolio as corporate training services provider in the areas of Sales, Communication and Customer Experience.

In 2018, the company’s profile is re-shaped under a new name, Exantas Greece – Experiential Travel, Events and Congresses and a fresh concept to embrace the owner’s values and vision with the updated services organization offering in Events and Traveling experiences.

The 7th International Meeting for the Restoration of the Acropolis monuments was organized at the Acropolis Museum between November 11th - 13th 2021. The staff of the Acropolis Restoration Service (ΥΣΜΑ) had an excellent collaboration with the contributors of Exantas Greece, who managed to carry out the project organization of a very difficult hybrid conference and successfully respond to the highest requirements of our Service.
